Dr. Laina MolaskiDr. Laina Molaski has over 15 years of management experience and has managed every aspect of the HR field supporting at times +300 employees in areas such as: staffing and recruitment, talent management, employee relations and designing training programs and compensation structures.  Laina has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rochester College a M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a PhD. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Management from Northcentral University.

In addition to working in the field of Human Resources she is the Faculty Chair for the Human Resource Specialization in the School of Undergraduate studies at Capella University and an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University. She enjoys being able to educate learners and business owners in the areas of HR.  Laina is passionate about seeing business owners reach their goals in the least stressful way possible. She feels that leveraging her strengths in HR and allowing the business owner to focus on their strengths to run their business is the best of both worlds.

Mr. Cunningham’s Information Technology career spans 12 years, most recently as Principal in Crossroads Business Solutions, LLC. The mission of Crossroads Business Solutions is to deliver reliable, secure and productive information systems based on IT Best Practices to small and medium sized businesses. Nancy Lorenzano Nancy Lorenzano
The Lorenzano Group is a licensed Sandler franchise and distributor of Objective Management Testing. Nancy Lorenzano has her Ph.D. in Leadership Development from Indiana University and has 16 years of experience as an independent consultant in business and leadership development. Gregory P. Sipes, Ph.D.Gregory P. Sipes, Ph.D. (www.drgregsipes.com) is a behavioral psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He is founder and senior partner of Indiana Health Group, Inc., the Midwest’s largest multidisciplinary behavioral health practice. He serves on a number of not-for-profit boards serving at-risk kids in Indianapolis.

Greg graduated from Spring Arbor University with a B.A. in Psychology then received a M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wyoming. He completed his residency in psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at the Indiana University School of Medicine. In 2007, he received an honorary Doctorate of Science degree from his alma mater. 

Greg has served as a full-time faculty member with IU School of Medicine where he was twice honored by the interns in the Department of Psychiatry for outstanding contribution in teaching and training. He also served as a hostage negotiation consultant and police psychologist with IPD.  Greg is an in-demand consultant with local and national organizations on workplace issues such as safety, leadership and change management.

Greg is author of Lead to Live, Live to Lead: Discovering the Six Principles of Uncommon Sense for Uncommon Success and Soulful Parent/Soulful Teen: Moving from Control to Care. He has a weekly WXIN-Fox59 segment, “Straight Talk with Dr. Sipes,” is a guest on WIBC-FM and WXNT-AM radio stations and contributes to local business publications such as the Indianapolis Business Journal and Inside Indiana Business.

Barb Bitzer is the Vice-President of Simons Bitzer & Associates and has been an accounting professional since 1988. She began her career serving as Senior Auditor for a Big Four accounting firm. After four years at the Big Four firm, Barb continued to provide services to the firm and its clients for several years before joining Simons Bitzer & Associates in 1996. Since then, she has focused her time on managing the accounting and controllership areas of the firm. After six years in public accounting, he joined a Fortune 500 company and served as an Internal Auditor for over a year. In 1995, Greg founded Simons Bitzer & Associates and has focused his time on providing services to small- and medium-sized businesses in Central Indiana.
